Don Pedro Pump specializes in turn-key systems that provide the best quality product for their customers serving many agricultural, industrial and municipal customers from Sacramento to Fresno. Don Pedro Pump handles all aspects of a project, including well development, pump installation, electrical coordination, VFD manufacturing and installation, and oversees/manages every aspect of a project to ensure the customer receives the best quality possible. The Company began in 1938 and was sold to Gary Rossiter in 1998.
The focus of this transaction was to identify the best buyer to facilitate our client’s goals and objectives in addition to obtaining a strong value and advantageous deal terms and a future opportunity for Gary’s son, Cooper, post-transaction. Our client became the largest acquisition to-date for the buyer and their California platform.
The son and owner, Cooper wanted to sell to a buyer who valued his skill set and allowed him an opportunity to further advance within the larger organization. He initially became regional vice president.
