Ascend Strategic Partners (Ascend) facilitated the sale of Carson Landscape Industries to Yellowstone Landscape, a large strategic owned by a multi-billion-dollar private equity firm, on Wednesday December 4, 2024. The terms are undisclosed, but this is one of Yellowstone’s largest acquisitions to date.
The focus of this transaction was to identify the best buyer to enable our client to achieve their goals in addition to obtaining a strong value and advantageous deal terms. Our process allowed the owner, Frank Carson, to find the absolute right buyer/partner that permitted him to realize his objectives personally and professionally. His entire organization is excited to be part of the new partnership, and they are all looking forward to much anticipated success.
