Exym is a Healthcare technology company based in Southern California. We sold to a Private Equity Group for approximately 10 times EBITDA. We repositioned our client and reached out to a more complimentary group of well vetted, prospective buyers. Upon the restructuring of our client’s process, we were able to find that “right buyer” and obtain a valuation that exceeded our seller’s original attempts by over 50%.
